Job Title : RPA UIPath Developer Experience : 5- 8 Years Location : Pune Job Description : We are looking for an experienced RPA UIPath Developer with 5- 8 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background and extensive experience in RPA using the UIPath platform, including handling projects independently and working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UIPath in accordance with industry best practices. - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA projects, including analysis, design, implementation, and support. - Independently handle process automation requirements and deliver efficient and scalable solutions. - Maintain and monitor existing automation solutions using UIPath Orchestrator. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to project timelines. - Work in Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning and reviews. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bots, environments, and orchestration. Required Skillsets : - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UIPath RPA development. - Strong programming skills in .NET / C# / VB.NET or equivalent scripting languages. - Deep understanding of UIPath Orchestrator, REFramework, and best practices in RPA development. - Good understanding of Relational Databases (RDBMS) and open-source DB systems. - Experience working across the entire RPA project lifecycle from design to deployment and support. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. Preferred Qualifications : - UIPath Developer Certification. - Experience with cognitive services (OCR, NLP) and integration with RPA. - Exposure to enterprise IT ecosystems and tools (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
