We are looking for Product Architect AI/ML (1215 Yrs)

Role Summary :

Lead the architecture and technical strategy for enterprise healthcare AI/ML products. Define scalable platforms, drive end-to-end AI/ML solutions, ensure compliance (HIPAA), and mentor engineering teams while collaborating with onshore stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end AI/ML platforms for clinical/claims data and healthcare workflows.

- Design hybrid Azure + on-prem architectures for multi-tenant SaaS.

- Establish product architecture principles, tech stack decisions, and perform build-vs-buy evaluations.

- Architect LLM fine-tuning pipelines (Llama, Mistral, Phi-3) and MLOps frameworks.

- Implement distributed training on Azure ML (GPU clusters), evaluation frameworks, and synthetic data pipelines.

- Build microservices & data platforms using AKS, Service Bus, Event Hubs, Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks.

- Lead CI/CD (Azure DevOps), observability, and cloudon-prem integration patterns.

- Provide hands-on leadership : POCs, debugging, performance tuning, code reviews, technical documentation.

- Mentor engineers and collaborate closely with US-based teams across time zones.

Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) :

- Expert Python, PyTorch, Transformers, production ML frameworks.

- Deep NVIDIA/CUDA experience.

- Proven LLM fine-tuning & deployment experience in regulated environments.

- Strong software engineering + DevOps + MLOps skills.

- Track record of shipping production AI products.

- Ability to work with US time-zone overlap.
