Zuora Engineer - Billing Module

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflows, addressing complex subscription models, renewals, and amendments in Zuora.

- Develop, test, and maintain Zuora subscription billing and Zuora Revenue solutions.

- Create and manage complex processes systematically in collaboration with management and departments.

- Integrate Zuora with other systems such as Zuora CPQ, NetSuite, Stripe, Avalara, and web-based customer platforms.

- Manage subscription product catalogs with detailed configuration requirements to implement additional subscription models.

- Create and maintain customizations, custom workflows, data exports, and data imports within Zuora.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zuora integrations and customizations.

- Train new and existing users on system functionality and provide technical support.

- Document processes, policies, application configurations, and help materials.

- Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.

- Log and track identified system problems through resolution.

- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across the finance systems landscape.
