About the Role :

As a Zuora Developer, you'll be instrumental in shaping our billing and subscription landscape. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into robust Zuora solutions. This role demands a strong understanding of Zuora's capabilities, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to seamlessly integrate Zuora with other critical enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Configuration : Lead the design and configuration of Zuora's Billing System and subscription functionalities to meet evolving business needs.

- Zuora Administration : Perform essential Zuora administration tasks, including user account management, security settings, report generation, and the creation and management of custom objects and fields.

- Workflow Automation : Develop and implement automated business processes leveraging Zuora Workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

- System Integration : Integrate Zuora with other enterprise systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, and SAP using various API methods.

- Requirements Analysis & Solutioning : Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, providing expert recommendations and best practices for optimal Zuora solutions.

- Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation for all configurations, designs, and integrations.

- Business Analysis : Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Zuora configuration and design, specifically with Billing System and subscription management.

- Proven expertise in Zuora administrative functions, including user and security management, reporting, and object/field creation.

- Demonstrable experience in automating business processes using Zuora Workflows.

- Strong background in integrating Zuora with other systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, SAP) via APIs.

- Ability to understand complex client business requirements and provide effective, practical Zuora solutions and best practices.

- Experience in documentation, business analysis, design, and integration principles.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude.
