Key Responsibilities :

- Zuora Configuration : Develop and maintain Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Payment systems, including Product Catalog, Rate Plans, and Charge Models.

- API & Workflows : Build and optimize automation using Zuora Workflows, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom notifications.

- Integrations : Connect Zuora with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) systems, often utilizing middleware such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica.

- Data & Billing : Support billing, invoice generation, revenue recognition, and payment gateway integrations.

- Troubleshooting : Perform data validation, resolve reconciliation issues, and optimize system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : 6 years of hands-on experience in Zuora development, typically requiring at least two full implementation cycles.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Zuora API, Workflow automation, HTML/PDF templates for billing, and data analysis.

- Backend/Integration : Knowledge of SOQL/SQL, Salesforce integration, and web services (REST/SOAP).

- Functional Knowledge : Strong understanding of subscription management, SaaS billing models, and revenue management (ASC 606).
