Zuora Billing Developer - API Integration

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Zuora billing solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Configure Zuora Billing modules including Customers, Product Catalog, Subscriptions, Billing, Payments, and Taxes.

- Develop and manage Zuora API integrations with third-party systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and payment gateways.

- Execute data migration activities within Zuora using SQL and other relevant tools.

- Analyze subscription lifecycle management and ensure compliance with revenue recognition principles.

- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable billing solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements within the Zuora platform.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong understanding of Zuora objects, workflows, APIs, and configuration options.

- Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing modules (Customers, Product Catalog, Subscriptions, Billing, Payments, Taxes).

- Proven expertise in integrating Zuora with external systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, or payment gateways.

- Proficiency in SQL for data queries and migration within Zuora.

- Knowledge of subscription lifecycle management and revenue recognition standards.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and business teams.
