Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Consultant with 6+ years of experience in Zuora Billing, subscription management, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in configuring Zuora Billing, developing integrations, troubleshooting billing issues, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain Zuora Billing components, including :

1. Products

2. Subscriptions

3. Rate Plans

4. Billing Rules

5. Invoices

6. Payments

- Develop and support Zuora integrations using REST APIs, Workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora Object Model.

- Support the complete Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, including :

1. Subscription creation

2. Amendments

3. Renewals

4. Cancellations

5. Invoicing

6. Collections

7. Payments

8. Revenue-related processes

- Analyze and resolve production issues related to billing, subscriptions, invoices, payments, and integrations.

- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective fixes while minimizing business disruption.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Zuora solutions.

- Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, deployments, and production support.

- Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to business and development teams.

- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, integrations, and system performance.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in Zuora Billing or related subscription billing platforms.

- Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing configuration and enhancements.

- Expertise in :

1. Products & Rate Plans

2. Subscriptions & Amendments

3. Billing Rules

4. Invoicing & Payments

5. Collections

- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

- Hands-on experience with Zuora REST APIs and Workflows.

- Good knowledge of SOQL/SQL and Zuora Object Model.

- Experience troubleshooting production billing and integration issues.

- Strong experience in RCA, testing, UAT, and deployments.

- Good understanding of subscription lifecycle and billing processes.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working on end-to-end Zuora implementations or enhancements.

- Knowledge of revenue-related processes and integrations.

- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

- Strong production support and incident management experience.

Candidate Requirements :

- Must be comfortable working in UK / Afternoon Shift.

- Must be available to work 3 days from office.

- BGV is mandatory.

- Candidates with an unemployment gap of 6 months or more will not be considered.
