Zuora Architect - System Implementation

We are seeking a seasoned Zuora Architect with a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale subscription billing solutions. In this role, you will lead Zuora architecture, integrations, and automation strategies to build scalable, efficient, and future-ready billing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Zuora solutions for billing, revenue recognition, and workflow automation.

- Build scalable subscription lifecycle workflows and optimize billing processes.

- Lead integrations of Zuora with Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, and enterprise data lakes.

- Define and enforce Zuora best practices across architecture, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Translate business needs into secure, high-performance technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers in solution design and delivery.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and product owners to align solutions with business goals.

- 8 - 12 years of IT experience, with 5+ years dedicated to Zuora (Z-Billing, Workflows, Product Catalog, REST API, Data Query).

- Proven expertise in enterprise-scale Zuora implementations and architecture design.

- Strong knowledge of subscription lifecycle management and financial system integrations.

- Hands-on experience in Zuora automation, CI/CD, and integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, and data lakes.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
