Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Zuora professional with 8+ years of hands on expertise in implementing, customizing, and supporting Zuora subscription management solutions.

The ideal candidate will design, integrate, and optimize Zuora workflows to enable seamless financial operations across invoicing, payments, renewals, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Zuora Development & Customization :

- Develop and customize Zuora workflows, objects, and integrations to support subscription lifecycle processes.

- Configure tenant settings, product catalog, rate plans, and billing rules aligned with business requirements.

Integration & Automation :

- Design and maintain custom solutions using Zuora REST and SOAP APIs, data sources, and reporting tools.

- Integrate Zuora with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and enterprise applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.).

- Build data pipelines and automate recurring processes to reduce manual intervention.

Testing & Support :

- Create and execute unit, integration, and regression tests for Zuora solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide ongoing support.

Collaboration & Optimization :

- Work closely with business analysts, finance, and IT teams to validate requirements.

- Identify opportunities for system optimization and contribute to best practices in Zuora adoption.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Zuora.

- Strong proficiency in scripting/programming languages for integration (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL).

- Deep understanding of subscription management, billing, invoicing, and payment processes.

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and project timelines.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
