Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud.

- Work on Sales Cloud Sales Engagement projects to meet business objectives.

- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Optimize application performance and implement Salesforce best practices.

- Stay updated with new Salesforce features and integrate them effectively.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud

- Hands-on coding with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)

- Salesforce APIs & integration experience

- Agile & DevOps methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills

Preferred Skills :

- Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud experience

- CI/CD tools & release management

- Salesforce certifications (Developer/Architect)

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's in CS/IT or related field

- Proven experience leading projects from start to finish
