About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Solutions Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to support enterprise Zero Trust and secure remote access initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing ZPA solutions in enterprise environments.

This role requires deep technical knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, secure access solutions, network security, and client-facing deployment experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead implementation and configuration of Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions across enterprise environments.

- Deploy and configure :

a.ZPA App Connectors

b. ZPA Service Edges

c. ZPA Client Connectors

d. Configure application access for private applications hosted in on-prem and cloud environments.

Zero Trust & Secure Access :

- Design and implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions using ZPA.

- Configure secure remote access policies for users, applications, and workloads.

- Implement application segmentation and least-privilege access models.

Security Architecture & Policy Management :

- Configure authentication and identity integrations with :

- SAML

- OAuth

- Manage access policies, posture checks, and security controls.

- Troubleshoot policy-related access and authentication issues.

- Perform end-to-end deployment, testing, and validation of ZPA environments.

- Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and access issues.

- Support migration from legacy VPN solutions to ZPA architecture.

- Provide post-deployment support and production issue resolution.

- Work with network and security teams to integrate ZPA with :

a. Firewalls

b. DNS

c. Proxies

d. SIEM/SOC tools

- Support cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

Documentation & Collaboration :

- Create implementation guides, architecture documents, and SOPs.

- Work closely with clients, infrastructure teams, IAM teams, and security stakeholders.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical workshops.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of overall IT/Network Security experience.

- 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).

- Proven enterprise implementation/configuration experience with ZPA.

- Strong understanding of :

a. Zero Trust Architecture

b. Secure Remote Access

c. Network Security concepts
