About the Role :

We urgently require skilled Zscaler professionals across L2, L3, and L4 levels to support, operate, and enhance large-scale Zscaler deployments (ZIA/ZPA).

The ideal candidates must have hands-on expertise in Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), cloud security policies, and troubleshooting Zscaler integrations in enterprise environments.

These roles involve advanced problem resolution, policy engineering, escalations, deployment support, and architecture-level activities for L4.

Key Responsibilities :

L2 Responsibilities (Intermediate Level) :

- Daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Zscaler ZIA / ZPA.

- Analyze logs, user issues, connectivity errors, authentication failures.

- Handle incident tickets, minor configuration changes, and access requests.

- Troubleshoot issues related to :

- Zscaler Client Connector

- SSL inspection

- Forwarding rules (PAC files, GRE/IPsec tunnels)

- Coordinate with internal teams and escalate to L3 when required.

L3 Responsibilities (Advanced Level) :

- Deep-dive investigation for complex Zscaler issues.

- Manage end-to-end configuration of :

- ZIA policies

- URL filtering

- Cloud firewall

- Access control

- Advanced threat protection policies

- Troubleshoot GRE/IPsec tunnel outages, policy conflicts, authentication & SSO integration issues.

- Take ownership of major incidents, perform RCA, and permanent fixes.

- Support deployment of new locations, onboarding users and branches.

L4 Responsibilities (Architect / SME Level) :

- Lead Zscaler architecture, design, and implementation.

- Define Zero Trust strategy using ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.

- Engage in global rollouts, migrations, and complex cloud transformation projects.

- Optimize traffic routing, bandwidth utilization, and security posture.

- Work closely with OEM (Zscaler) for escalations and best practices.

- Conduct periodic health checks, tuning, reporting, and security enhancements.

Technical Skills Required :

Mandatory :

- Strong hands-on experience in Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and Client Connector.

Deep understanding of :

- Secure Web Gateway (SWG)

- Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)

- DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS

- GRE and IPsec tunnels

- SAML/SSO, AD integration

- Experience supporting large enterprise environments.

Preferred :

Knowledge of :

- ZDX monitoring

- Cloud Firewall (FWaaS)

- CASB/DLP

- Okta, Azure AD

- Proxy architectures

- Familiarity with network security : firewalls, VPN, routing, SD-WAN.

Certifications :

- Zscaler ZCCA-IA, ZCCP-IA, ZCCP-PA, ZCES (highly valued).

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to handle high-severity issues and perform RCA.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Strong documentation and customer-handling skills
