Staff Software Engineer (Fullstack)

In this role, you'll be a key technical leader, leveraging your expertise in modern web and mobile technologies to develop scalable solutions and mentor junior engineers.

What You'll Do :

- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack applications using React.js, React Native, and Node.js.

- Work with PostgreSQL databases, optimizing for performance and data integrity.

- Implement and manage cloud-based microservices architecture, preferably within the AWS ecosystem.

- Champion clean code principles, design patterns, and collaborative development best practices through code reviews and mentorship.

- Actively participate in architectural discussions, technical brainstorming, and contribute to the overall technical strategy.

- Drive features from conception to deployment within an Agile Scrum framework, embracing iterative product development.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

- Contribute to building data-driven products and implementing analytics-backed features.

What We're Looking For :

Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with a strong track record of problem-solving and excellent coding skills.

- Proficiency in React.js, React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

- Solid understanding and experience with cloud microservices architecture, preferably on AWS.

- Deep knowledge of design patterns, clean code principles, and collaborative software development best practices.

- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and iterative product development.
