Role : Senior Consultant, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding

Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional passionate about optimizing the talent acquisition and new hire experience? We're seeking a Senior Consultant, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding to join our team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to design, implement, and support cutting-edge SuccessFactors solutions, empowering our clients to attract and retain top talent.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead SuccessFactors Design & Configuration : Apply expert-level experience in designing and configuring the Recruiting module (RCM, RMK, CRM, Job Posting).

- Onboarding Implementation & Support : Lead the implementation and ongoing support of Onboarding 1.0, and demonstrate hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of Onboarding 2.0.

- Client-Facing Leadership : Drive SuccessFactors design discussions in a client-facing role, guiding stakeholders through complex decisions.

- Project & Production Support : Work effectively as part of both project and production support teams, ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery.

- SuccessFactors Reporting : Utilize a strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting to provide insights and analytical support.

- End-to-End Solution Delivery : Drive requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production deployment in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

- Release Management : Actively participate in and support Release feature meetings for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, staying ahead of new functionalities.

- Integration Expertise : Lead discussions and execution on the integration of Recruiting and Onboarding with Employee Central, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.

Required Skills :

- Expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting Module : Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with RCM, RMK, CRM, and Job Posting.

- Onboarding Proficiency : Proven experience with both Onboarding 1.0 (implementation and support) and Onboarding 2.0 (full-cycle implementation).

- Full Cycle Implementation Experience : Demonstrated ability to lead and execute full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations.

- Client Engagement : Strong experience in leading client-facing design discussions and driving project initiatives.

- Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of SuccessFactors reporting, configuration, and testing.

- Integration Knowledge : Ability to drive discussions and implement integrations with Employee Central.

- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SuccessFactors certification(s) in Recruiting and/or Onboarding.

- Experience with other Recruiting Applications.
