- Customize Oracle HCM modules and integrate various business applications within a remote consulting framework.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Provide expert-level support and system enhancements for Oracle HCM applications.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Must-Have : 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM development and technical customizations.
