Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in software development and programming

- At least 1+ year of experience in leading a team of developers

- Good skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, data structures, and algorithms

- Excellent hands-on coding skills in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices

- Excellent hands-on development skills using databases, caches, and event-driven systems

- Excellent hands-on development skills using CI, CD, and containerized applications in cloud environments

- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Git and code reviews

- Experience with Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS cloud environments
