Job Summary :

We are seeking a creative and user-focused Product Designer Creative Suite to design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable digital products.

This role focuses on end-to-end product designfrom user research and ideation to high-fidelity design and handoffwhile leveraging industry-standard creative tools to deliver exceptional user experiences aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms

- Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into elegant design solutions

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs

- Ensure consistency across products through design systems and UI standards

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation

- Develop personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks

- Incorporate user feedback and usability insights into design iterations

- Produce visually appealing, brand-aligned designs using creative tools

- Design micro-interactions, animations, and responsive layouts

- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles

- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders

- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions

- Provide clear design specifications and assets for development handoff

- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure design feasibility and quality

- Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries

- Ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across platforms

- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)

- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, or Principle

- Familiarity with motion design tools (After Effects, Lottie) is a plus

- Strong foundation in UX/UI principles, typography, color theory, and layout

- Experience designing complex products, dashboards, or SaaS applications

- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles

- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics to collaborate effectively with developers

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments

- Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
