About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer to build scalable, high-performance backend applications and microservices.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Go (Golang), backend development, REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies.

This role involves designing robust backend services, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Golang.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.

- Develop scalable and high-availability distributed systems.

- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and response times.

- Integrate applications with SQL/NoSQL databases and third-party services.

- Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.

- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability best practices are followed.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Golang (Go) development.

- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.

Experience with databases such as :

1. PostgreSQL

2. MySQL

3. MongoDB

4. Redis (preferred)

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with cloud platforms :

1. AWS

2. Azure

3. GCP

- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
