We are looking for a data-driven and innovative Growth Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across AI-led growth, product-led growth, funnel optimization, and retention. JOB DESCRIPTION :
AI-Led Growth :
- Conceptualize and execute AI-driven initiatives across acquisition, engagement, and retention funnels.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering to operationalize AI opportunities that directly improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention metrics.
Product-Led Growth (PLG) :
- Build value-added product features that enable organic, self-sustaining user growth (e.g., Credit Score, Referrals, Shareable Experiences, Embedded Rewards).
- Design in-product engagement loops and behavioral nudges that enhance activation, repeat usage, and long-term retention.
- Run controlled experiments to identify scalable PLG levers impacting TOFU (top-of-funnel), conversion, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with Design and Marketing to deliver seamless user journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and retention touchpoints.
Programmatic SEO :
- Lead the programmatic SEO strategy from framework design to scalable deployment.
- Build systems for dynamic page creation, keyword clustering, and automated content generation to expand organic traffic and topical authority.
- Continuously optimize landing-to-conversion rates from organic channels.
Conversion & Funnel Optimization :
- Own and optimize end-to-end conversion metrics across web and app channels.
- Identify and address funnel drop-offs through A/B testing, user flow redesign, and data-driven insights.
- Partner with Analytics and Design to monitor funnel health and improve efficiency from traffic to KYC to activation.
App Metrics Retention & Engagement :
- Own and drive core app experience metrics including retention, DAU/MAU, engagement depth, and repeat transactions.
- Partner with Lifecycle and CRM teams to design targeted reactivation and engagement campaigns (Push, Email, In-App, WhatsApp).
- Build personalized engagement hooks and habit-forming experiences to strengthen product stickiness and user loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Growth Product Management, ideally in fintech, consumer tech, or high-scale digital businesses.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through product-led and data-driven initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience in managing or implementing MarTech, CDP, CMS, and communication platforms.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for building scalable, user-first products that combine growth with meaningful impact.
