Responsibilities :
- Configure and customize ZOHO CRM system based on business needs
- Map out CRM processes and document system specifications
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot system issues
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure system functionality
- Assist with system upgrades and integration with other systems
- Monitor ZOHO CRM system and provide regular performance reports
- Incident and change management functions under production support.
- Proven work experience of 3 to 4 years as a ZOHO CRM Functional Consultant role.
