Senior QA Manager (Onsite - Canada)

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead QA strategy and delivery for multiple product streams at our client's location in Canada. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in manual and automation testing, distributed team management, and direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end QA strategy, quality governance, and release readiness.

- Lead manual and automation testing across Web, Mobile, APIs, and AI-enabled applications.

- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, and related tools.

- Drive performance, accessibility, security, and API testing.

- Lead distributed QA teams across Canada, India, and other locations.

- Present QA metrics, release status, and quality plans to client stakeholders.

- Champion AI-assisted testing practices and modern QA automation.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of QA experience with 5+ years in QA leadership.

- Strong expertise in Playwright/Cypress/Selenium, Appium, API Testing (Postman/REST Assured/Karate), - Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Jenkins).

- Experience with performance, accessibility, and AI-driven testing.

- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Authorized to work in Canada and available for onsite engagement.

Preferred:

- ISTQB Advanced Certification.

- Experience with Canadian clients and privacy regulations (PIPEDA, AODA, Law 25).

- Exposure to AI testing tools, observability platforms, and QA Center of Excellence initiatives.
