Job Overview :

We are seeking a proactive Staff DevOps Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be instrumental in leveraging automation to manage and optimize our Windows systems and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, and the ability to provide 24x7 support when needed.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leverage automation to efficiently manage and support Windows systems and infrastructure.

- Implement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

- Design, implement, and support robust Windows systems infrastructure components.

- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and system management using Python or PowerShell.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications and infrastructure changes.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of production environments.

- Participate in on-call rotations and be available on a 24x7x365 basis when needed for production-impacting incidents or key customer events.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience leveraging automation to manage Windows systems and infrastructure.

- Proven knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.

- Strong technical experience in implementing, managing, and supporting Windows systems infrastructure.

- Experience using one or more programming languages such as Python or PowerShell.

- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively within and outside of the immediate team.

- Ability to work flexible hours as required by business priorities.

- Availability on a 24x7x365 basis when needed for production-impacting incidents or key customer events.
