You'll be expected to not only write high-quality code but also proactively contribute to process improvements and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development & Design : Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Work with the product team to understand project requirements and collaborate with other engineers on the technical design of solutions.

- Agile & Process Improvement : Actively participate in all Agile development processes and ceremonies. Proactively suggest improvements to applications and processes that enhance the client experience or improve performance.

- Collaboration & Support : Work closely with product management, scrum masters, and other team members to coordinate implementation and provide progress updates. Ensure robust, high-quality code standards are maintained and participate in the maintenance and support of solutions.

- Technical Expertise : Keep up to date on the latest technical developments in your area and implement design concepts from the UI/UX team. Ensure compliance with web standards and accessibility requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Core Experience : 5 or more years of experience in designing and developing applications in Java.

Technical Proficiency :

- Experience with common web technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, CSS, and HTML.

- Experience with Tomcat, Linux, and Jenkins.

- A strong understanding of software engineering best practices and object-oriented development.

- Experience working with RESTful services and APIs.

- Familiarity with Git and continuous integration systems.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with building software applications in the cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).

- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
