Job Summary :

We are looking for a Performance Test Automation Engineer to join our team and lead the development and execution of performance testing strategies for our applications. This role combines the rigor of performance testing with the technical depth of automation engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance testing tools, automation frameworks, and a deep understanding of application scalability, reliability, and system behaviour under load.

What You'll Need to Be Successful (Required Skills) :

- 2-4 years of experience in performance testing and automation engineering..

- Proficiency in tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar..

- Experience developing automated tests using Java, Python, or other scripting languages..

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization.

- Strong understanding of application architecture, system performance, and resource utilisation.

Education/ Certifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in cloud-based testing solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Hands-on experience with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics)

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and testing APIs under load.
