- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software and system issues.

- Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.

- Maintain and optimize operating systems performance and reliability.

- Document issues, solutions, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and System Administration.

- Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining Operating Systems (Windows/Linux).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- Experience in the insurance or fintech industry is an added advantage.
