Zindagi Technologies - Quality Assurance Lead - Product Testing

Role & Responsibilities :

- Understand product workflows and identify test scenarios (manual + automated)

- Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites

- Perform functional, API, UI, cross-browser, and exploratory testing

- Write automation scripts for key workflows using Playwright/Selenium + Pytest

- Own the defect lifecycle: identify, report, track, validate

- Integrate test cases into CI/CD pipelines

- Collaborate with developers and product owners via MS Teams and Jira

- Work closely with DevOps for performance, load, and security testing

- Recommend and deploy appropriate test tooling (TestRail, BrowserStack, Postman, etc.)

- Maintain independent, decoupled QA view while participating in daily standups

Key Skills & Tools :

- Strong experience in functional and UI testing (manual and automated)

- Proficient with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Pytest)

- Hands-on API testing (Postman or REST API testing tools)

- Familiarity with Docker, Git workflows, OpenStack or cloud environments a plus

- Comfortable working in Linux-based setups

- Excellent bug reporting skills with Jira

- Strong communication and self-management ability

Good to Have :

- Exposure to cybersecurity tools or network infrastructure testing

- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Locust, k6)

- Prior work in early-stage startups or platform products
