Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Developer at Zimetrics Technologies, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions for our diverse clientele. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into robust and scalable Salesforce applications. Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to streamline their processes, enhance customer engagement, and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies to meet specific client requirements.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate Salesforce with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

- Customize and configure the Salesforce platform, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules, to optimize business processes.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, maintaining code quality and consistency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruption.

- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs for integrating Salesforce with external systems.

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and experience in customizing and configuring the platform.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and best practices for user interface development.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work on-site at our WTC Kharadi, Pune office.
