Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Automation QA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

This role involves collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and deliver high-quality solutions. Your work will directly impact the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients by ensuring that our Salesforce solutions meet their business needs and perform flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation tools to validate Salesforce functionality, including custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

- Execute regression testing suites to ensure that new changes do not introduce defects into existing functionality.

- Perform API testing to validate integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

- Conduct black box testing to evaluate the functionality of Salesforce applications from an end-user perspective.

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.

- Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system.

- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure that solutions meet client expectations.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.

- Proven expertise in testing Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and development best practices.

- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.

- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, including black box testing, regression testing, and UAT.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to analyze requirements, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.

- Familiarity with Apex and Visualforce is highly desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
