ZettaMine - ServiceNow Architect - ITSM/ITSM/ITAM Modules

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert with deep technical and functional knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules and has experience guiding teams and clients through large-scale ServiceNow transformations.

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for solution architecture, customer workshops, platform optimization, integration strategy, and advising on roadmaps that align with the client's existing IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the overall solution strategy and platform roadmap based on client-specific needs.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

- Drive at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

- Ensure successful deployment of platform features including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, and Service Catalog.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators.

- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to gather business and technical requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts.

- Provide strategic consulting on how to best leverage ServiceNow within the client's environment, including roadmap development.

- Recommend best practices for configuration, development, and integration.

- Drive strategies for improving CMDB health, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance.

- Define KPIs and dashboards for monitoring platform health and performance.

- Identify gaps in current architecture and suggest enhancements aligned with future growth.

- Ensure ServiceNow integrates seamlessly with third-party tools such as monitoring, HR, ERP, and cloud management platforms.

- Work with enterprise architects to align ServiceNow implementations with overall IT strategy and governance.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven expertise in architecting and implementing ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

- Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, discovery, and service mapping.

- Experience working in client-facing roles and engaging with executive stakeholders.

- Strong experience designing solutions that support multi-environment deployments (Dev, Test, Prod).

- Sound knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and custom application development.
