Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with deep expertise in Angular to join our L2 program as a subject-matter expert (SME).

The successful candidate will design, build, configure, and maintain web applications that meet business and process requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality, user-friendly features on schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as an SME for Angular within the L2 program and lead technical decisions for the team.

- Collaborate with multiple teams (product, QA, UX, backend) to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Own application design, development, configuration, and deployment for assigned modules/features.

- Make and justify team-level technical decisions; provide guidance and direction to team members.

- Provide end-to-end solutions for issues affecting the immediate team and, where required, across multiple teams.

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, code reviews, and best-practice workshops to upskill the team.

- Monitor project milestones, sprint commitments, and feature delivery to ensure timely releases.

- Ensure applications follow performance, accessibility, security, and cross-browser compatibility standards.

- Work with RESTful APIs and integration layers; collaborate with backend teams to define contracts and troubleshoot integration issues.

- Participate in incident resolution and production support as needed.

Professional & Technical Skills (Must-haves) :

- 5+ years strong hands-on experience in Angular (component architecture, state management, routing, forms, lifecycle hooks).

- Solid understanding of modern web development principles and best practices (SPA architecture, modularization, lazy loading).

- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (or preprocessors like SASS/LESS), and TypeScript.

- Familiarity with consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine/Karma) and end-to-end testing (e.g., Protractor/Cypress).

- Source control experience (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD concepts and pipelines.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
