Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IAM Automation Engineer with over 6 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell, and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Defender for Identity, Entra IDP, and DevOps pipelines.

This role involves working closely with security and DevOps teams to enhance the organization's IAM security posture through robust automation strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable IAM automation solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.

- Integrate IAM tools and policies with Microsoft Defender for Identity and Microsoft Entra IDP to enhance security automation.

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for the deployment, validation, and update of IAM infrastructure and configurations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and IT Operations to integrate IAM controls into DevOps workflows.

- Debug, test, and validate automation scripts to ensure compliance with internal security and performance standards.

- Conduct periodic security reviews and IAM assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation through automation.

- Improve IAM lifecycle management processes through continuous scripting, optimization, and alignment with security best practices.

- Document solutions, maintain automation repositories, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Technical Skills & Professional Attributes :

- Minimum 6+ Years of experience in IAM automation leveraging tools like Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Identity and Entra IDP.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and their application in IAM automation.

- Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning/de-provisioning automation, and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprints, stand-ups, and iterative development.

- Strong scripting, debugging, and problem-solving skills, especially in security-sensitive environments.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
