Position Summary :

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, oversee development activities, and guide the team in delivering high-quality solutions. This position also involves mentoring team members, fostering knowledge sharing, and driving continuous improvements in application development and data governance.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work independently to design, build, and configure applications in alignment with business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.

- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their professional development.

- Contribute actively in team discussions, promoting innovation and efficiency in application development.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must Have Skills :

- Solid understanding of data governance principles, processes, and practices.

- Hands-on experience in application design, configuration, and development methodologies.

- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing application performance.

- Knowledge of SAP integration processes and tools.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience in managing master data across Finance, Customer, Vendor, or Material domains.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
