- Design and develop project quality goals, test strategy, test plan, and test cases in collaboration with product managers and developers.

- Identify and implement the required testing and coverage metrics.

- Design automated testing solutions and processes to ensure quality, performance, and scalability of the system.

- Design, implement, enhance, and maintain test cases corresponding to various product areas.

- Build and mentor team members.

- Analyze test results and work with the engineering team to resolve issues.

- Ensure code test coverage meets standards.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of testing and automation experience.

- Experience in leading the testing practice and writing exhaustive test plans and test cases and automating test cases and test result analysis.

- Experience in building frameworks and executing automated and performance tests for REST-based services.

- Experience with test automation tools Selenium and Appium or others.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross-functions.
