Responsibilities :

- Should be involved in creating everything from prototypes to storyboards, wireframes, and more.

- Dive into user research, create personas, and develop a deep understanding of our users.

- Participate in usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure always delivering top-notch experiences.

- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest design trends.

- Help build the foundations of a design culture within the team, contributing to our growth and success.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in design-related fields.

- Should have 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience designing large-scale applications.

- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

- Should have good experience on how to turn ideas into visually appealing and functional designs.

- A solid grasp of UX methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, and user personas.

- Should have experience in solving real problems and making users' lives easier.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Must be dynamic, innovative, passionate, and driven to contribute to the financial empowerment of billions of Indians.

- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
