ZenTrades - Product Designer - Figma/Sketch

Location : Pune, MH (in-office)

We are actively seeking a Product UI/UX Designer to help shape intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences. As a key member of our product team, you will play a critical role in translating complex business requirements into elegant user flows, interfaces, and design systems.

Role and responsibilities :

- Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

- Integrate motion graphics into the product design to enhance user experience

- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

- Ensure design consistency and coherence across all digital platforms.

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills/Experience :

- Minimum 2- 4 years of professional experience in product design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design.

- Demonstrable experience in motion graphics, with proficiency in tools like After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar.

- Solid understanding of design principles, design methodologies, and user-centered design.

- Ability to adapt to different design processes based on project timelines and requirements.

- Skilled in working with design systems and creating reusable components.

- Experience with various UI libraries and component frameworks.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

- Experience developing and iterating on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications.

- Ability to translate complex user needs and business objectives into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.

- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

- Proven ability to create engaging motion graphics that enhance the user experience.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

- Ability to analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions.
