Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Full Stack Web Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. This position is for an expert who can not only lead and mentor a team but also contribute significantly to the code. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, Python backend development, and modern frontend frameworks. You will be responsible for driving the technical roadmap, leading Generative AI application development, and ensuring the end-to-end delivery of high-quality, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and oversight throughout the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

- Drive technical task estimation and planning, creating detailed work breakdown structures, and ensuring development tasks are clear, achievable, and on time.

- Conduct rigorous peer reviews of code, focusing on quality, performance, and security.

- Act as a hands-on contributor, leading by example with high-quality code. The primary focus areas are Python for backend development (using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

- Architect, design, and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure cloud-native applications.

- Build, deploy, and maintain applications on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, leveraging modern tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

- Lead or contribute to the development of applications that leverage Generative AI and AI/ML models, handling complex AI workflows and deployments.

- Take ownership of small-scale Proof of Concepts (POCs) to explore new technologies and demonstrate feasibility to stakeholders.

- Drive Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

- Implement best practices in version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing automation to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.

- Proven proficiency in Python for backend services and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Strong expertise in front-end development with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integrating backend services with front-end interfaces.

- Deep experience with cloud-native architecture, including designing and deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Practical experience with Generative AI and AI/ML model integration in applications.

- Strong experience in leading teams using Agile methodologies.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
