Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Developer with strong expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 applications and PeopleTools 8.6+. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, customizing, and supporting PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules, including AP, Travel & Expenses, BI, AR, Contracts, PC, GL, AM, and Lease Administration.

You will be responsible for technical development, incident resolution, system integrations, performance troubleshooting, and enhancements while working closely with functional teams and DBAs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a PeopleSoft 9.2 Technical Developer specializing in FSCM, Expenses, O2C, and Supply Chain modules.

- Monitor and resolve production incidents, analyzing and troubleshooting root causes in both technical processes and online transactions.

- Design and develop enhancements, customizations, and interfaces as per functional requirements.

- Develop Application Engine programs, Component Interfaces, App Classes, PeopleCode customizations, and SQR reports.

- Configure, develop, and maintain Integration Broker services for real-time and batch integrations with external systems.

- Create, modify, and optimize BI Publisher reports.

- Work on Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) setup, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

- Address performance issues in processes/pages by collaborating with DBAs and Admin teams.

- Engage with Oracle Support to identify and apply patches/fixes where required.

- Ensure proper documentation, technical design standards, and version control practices are followed.

- Collaborate effectively with functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM technical development experience.

- Strong expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 application.

- Proficiency in PeopleTools 8.6+, including:

- Application Designer

- Application Engine

- PeopleCode

- Component Interface (CI)

- File Layouts

- Integration Broker

- Workflow

- SQR

- Experience in developing Application Engine programs, App Classes, CI objects, and troubleshooting batch/online failures.

- Good knowledge of FSCM functional modules: AP, Travel & Expenses, Billing, AR, Contracts, Project Costing, GL, Asset Management, Lease Administration.

- Experience with data integration, web services, and middleware using Integration Broker.

- Ability to design and enhance BI Publisher reports.

- Experience with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) setup and debugging.

- Strong functional understanding of Expenses, P2P, O2C, and Finance modules.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Good to Have :

- Background or experience with Coupa integrations.

- Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

- Exposure to cloud integrations and middleware platforms.

- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
