What's this role about ?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our Cards & Payments (C&P) team. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and deep C&P industry knowledge. You will be a strategic thinker with the ambition to adopt emerging technologies to build commercially viable solutions that address critical gaps in the C&P domain.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the definition and design of robust solution architectures and oversee end-to-end implementation programs.

- Define the technology stack for proposed solutions and lead the effort estimation process.

- Work collaboratively with multiple technical teams to drive solution development.

- Build commercially viable C&P industry solutions leveraging MACH principles (Microservices, APIs, Cloud, and Headless Architecture).

- Interact and manage stakeholders, including C-suite executives in both business and technology functions.

- Create compelling presentations with a crisp and clear articulation of the proposed solutions.

- Define the target operating model, create business cases, and define program roadmaps.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the C&P industry and the emerging FinTech ecosystem, including AI/GenAI.

Required Skills & Experience :

- A minimum of 8+ years of total experience, with a significant focus on the C&P industry or IT services within the financial services vertical.

- Strong domain understanding across the entire C&P value chain, including Issuers, Acquirers, Networks, CMS, Loyalty & Rewards, Messaging Standards, Security Standards, and Transaction Processing.

- Proficiency with C&P industry COTS products such as Vision Plus, GPP, Volante, ACH, or Finzly.

- Proven track record of building and implementing commercially viable solutions.

- Hands-on experience with target operating model definition, business case creation, program roadmap definition, and organizational change management.

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the aforementioned areas.

- Experience working with clients across multiple regions, including the USA, UK, and Europe, within a global delivery setup.

- Must-have skills : Expertise in SharePoint and Power Platform Specialist functionalities.

- Experience building a GenAI-based solution is a significant plus.

- Notice Period : Immediate joiners are highly appreciated, with a maximum notice period of 60 days.
