Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient SharePoint - Power Platform Specialist with 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both SharePoint and the full Microsoft Power Platform suite.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can design, develop, and implement solutions that leverage SharePoint's capabilities in conjunction with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will be a key resource in modernizing business processes and building robust, scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development :

- Design and develop enterprise-level solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate to automate business processes and improve efficiency.

- Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and web parts.

- Build custom business applications using Power Apps that connect to various data sources.

Integration & Automation :

- Develop complex workflows and business process automation using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems.

- Implement and manage data connectors and gateways to ensure seamless data flow.

Reporting & Data Visualization :

- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data from SharePoint and other sources, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Technical Leadership & Support :

- Serve as a technical expert for SharePoint and the Power Platform, providing guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting support to development teams and end-users.

- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Experience :

- 8+ years of total experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform development.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- In-depth hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

- Strong proficiency in Power Apps, including building canvas and model-driven apps.

- Expertise in Power Automate, including advanced workflows, approvals, and data integrations.

- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.

Professional Attributes :

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Power Virtual Agents and Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Power Platform.
