Position : Senior SFDC Developer (Lightning UI & JavaScript)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SFDC Developer with a strong focus on Lightning UI and JavaScript to design, develop, and manage custom Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. You will be instrumental in building seamless, high-performance applications and integrations that meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Custom Development & Solution Design :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows.

Integration & Data Management :

- Implement robust Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

- Work with external systems to ensure secure and efficient data exchange.

Architecture & Best Practices :

- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to Salesforce development best practices.

- Conduct unit testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality, zero-defect deliverables.

DevOps & Release Management :

- Utilize modern DevOps practices, including Salesforce DX, to manage the development lifecycle.

- Work with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git for source code management and deployments.

Research & Innovation :

- Research, design, and evaluate new programs and technologies to enhance the Salesforce platform.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce advancements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Salesforce Experience :

- 5-10 years of overall SFDC development experience, with at least 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on Salesforce development.

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies.

Technical Expertise :

- Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

Development Practices :

- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD tools, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.

- Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ.

- Experience with governance and DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.

- A solid understanding of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) to complement LWC development.
