Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to perform comprehensive service management, operations, and system administration responsibilities on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert responsible for ensuring the platform's availability and resiliency, planning system upgrades, and providing expert-level support. This role requires a hands-on professional who can partner with business units to automate operations and handle complex data migrations and deployments.


Key Responsibilities :

- Perform service management, operations, and system administration duties on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability and optimal performance.

- Plan and execute system upgrades, and apply vendor-recommended patches to maintain the platform's security and efficiency.

- Address and resolve Incidents and Problems on the platform.

- Ensure the availability and resiliency of the platform, with a particular focus on MID Servers.

- Utilize Import Sets for efficient data loading from external files or databases.

- Continuously monitor application performance and implement solutions to address any issues.

- Partner with business teams to identify and explore new opportunities for process automation within the platform.

- Handle ServiceNow incident and request queues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Perform cloning and deployment activities within the ServiceNow environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ in the ServiceNow platform, encompassing system administration and development.

- Expertise in User Administration, User Interface Level Integration, and MID Server Integration.

- Hands-on experience with ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation.

- Proven experience in handling complex data migration projects.

- Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, and CMS.

- Strong knowledge of Import Sets for data loading.

- Hands-on experience with basic JavaScript.

- Experience in documentation and review activities.
