Responsibilities :
- Ensure Scrum principles and practices are followed by the team.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Work with stakeholders and other teams to resolve dependencies and issues.
- Proactively address and mitigate risks.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
- Guide the team in improving their Agile maturity and performance.
- Facilitate continuous improvement and learning.
- Ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and refined.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions.
- Track and report on Agile metrics, including burndown charts, velocity, and sprint progress.
- Use metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on sprint progress and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Product Owners, developers, and other teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between the team and stakeholders.
- Utilize and manage Scrum tools, including Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the tools.
- Provide training and support to the team on using the tools.
- Promote and implement Agile techniques, including User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
- Facilitate Agile games and workshops to enhance team collaboration and understanding.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Agile trends and best practices.
- Identify and manage non-development dependencies related to delivery.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve dependencies and ensure smooth delivery.
- Embody servant leadership principles and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive team environment.
- Increase transparency and situational awareness within the team.
Required Skills :
- Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Proficiency in Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games.
- Strong understanding and application of servant leadership principles.
- Ability to mentor and coach teams and individuals.
- Excellent communication and people-interaction skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to facilitate conflict resolution.
- Ability to identify and manage non-development dependencies.

Preferred Skills :
- Agile Certifications : Other relevant Agile certifications.
Required Experience :
- Proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence).
