Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Vistex Rebate Management Consultant with 7 to 12 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on expertise in implementing and configuring SAP Vistex solutions, with a strong focus on Rebate Management.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.

This role requires a professional with a comprehensive understanding of business processes related to rebates, incentives, and pricing, as well as the technical skills to configure complex Vistex solutions within the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design and Implementation :

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Vistex Rebate Management solutions.

- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and create detailed blueprint documents.

- Configure Vistex IP (Incentive & Payback) modules to manage complex rebate agreements, sales incentives, and chargeback processes.

Business Process Optimization :

- Analyze and optimize business processes related to rebates, incentives, and pricing to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Vistex solution aligns with business objectives and financial reporting needs.

Technical Integration :

- Work on integrations between Vistex and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI/CO) and external systems.

- Ensure the seamless flow of data for rebate accruals, settlements, and payments.

Support and Training :

- Provide expert-level support during testing phases (UAT) and post-go-live.

- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of the new system.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Core Experience : 7-12 years of professional experience in SAP Vistex, with a strong focus on Rebate Management.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Proven, hands-on experience with SAP Vistex Rebate Management and other related functionalities within the Vistex IP module.

- Strong understanding of key business processes such as promotions, incentives, chargebacks, and pricing.

- Experience with SAP modules like SD (Sales and Distribution) and FI/CO (Financial Accounting/Controlling) as they relate to Vistex integrations.

Professional Attributes :

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- The ability to lead projects independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Vistex Data Object (VDO).

- Knowledge of Vistex Licensing and Royalties or Price, Trade, and Condition Management.

- Certification in SAP Vistex.
