Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP e-Invoicing Implementation Consultant to lead global e-invoicing design, build, testing, and run activities for our clients. As a strategic thought partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders and executive leadership to define and execute a roadmap for the e-invoicing function, ensuring seamless integration across business units.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end e-invoicing implementation projects including configuration, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Coach and mentor teams of business professionals to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic insight to leverage technology for business advantage.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment promoting open communication and continuous learning.

- Define and maintain business requirement documentation standards, ensuring clarity and completeness of process and technology implications.

- Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality.

- Maintain effective relationships with strategic vendors, including software providers and application maintenance teams.

- Deliver projects that drive operational efficiency and cost reductions.

- Engage and collaborate with C-level executives and senior management to ensure project success.

- Lead change management efforts and governance practices throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide extensive end-user training and generate status reports for project transparency.

- Take ownership of issue resolution and escalate/prioritize high-impact challenges as required.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree or global equivalent in a related field.

- 6+ years SAP experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in e-invoicing implementations.

- 2+ years management experience leading teams and projects.

- 8+ years overall IT experience.

- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementations.

Skills & Expertise :

- Deep knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, FI, MM, and Ariba related to e-invoicing solutions.

- Strong understanding of e-invoicing processes, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across business, technical teams, and stakeholders.

- Project management proficiency from initiation through delivery.

- ABAP debugging and development skills (preferred for select roles).

- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Experience engaging with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Self-motivated with a quick grasp of complex concepts.

- Experience in change management and governance frameworks.

- Willingness to work extended hours as needed to resolve critical issues.
