Prompt Engineer

About the Role :

- Develop, test, and refine prompts for AI language models to ensure high-quality, accurate, and relevant outputs.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align prompt strategies with user needs and overarching business objectives.

- Analyze prompt performance and user interactions to identify areas for improvement and optimize AI model responses.

- Conduct experiments to systematically evaluate the effectiveness of different prompt strategies and iterate on designs.

- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to implement best practices in prompt development.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Proven experience in prompt development or a related role involving AI language models.

- Technical Understanding : Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning principles.

- Programming Proficiency : Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Communication : Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.

- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
