Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Analyst to lead and support global P2P platform implementations. You will be responsible for maintaining the platform, developing integrations, and ensuring seamless interoperability with various ERP systems to optimize Procure-to-Pay processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead full lifecycle implementations of PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay modules including Purchasing, Accounts Payable, eProcurement, Supplier Contracts, and Inventory Management.

- Conduct detailed business process analysis to understand client requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective PeopleSoft solutions.

- Design, configure, and customize PeopleSoft P2P modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.

- Develop comprehensive functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reports, collaborating closely with technical teams.

- Perform and oversee system testing phases (unit, integration, UAT), ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.

- Provide expert training and ongoing support to end-users and client teams, facilitating smooth adoption.

- Manage and prioritize project deliverables, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on PeopleSoft P2P, troubleshooting complex issues and recommending system enhancements.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including technical developers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay implementations.

- Proven track record of multiple full lifecycle implementations, from discovery to go-live and post-implementation support.

- Strong understanding of P2P business processes, best practices, and industry standards.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear PeopleSoft configurations and solutions.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
