Job Title : PEGA RPA Developer

Exp : 5+ YRS

Location : Hyderabad & Noida (Candidate should be flexible if sometimes he has to visit Gurugram location)

Notice : Immediate to 30 Days

Shift : Flexible to work in rotational shifts between 2 PM-3:30 AM IST

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using PEGA Robotics Studio and related components.

- Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define automation requirements in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain technical design documents, solution architecture, and process flow diagrams for RPA solutions.

- Utilize programming languages such as C#, SQL, JavaScript, and VBA to develop custom automation scripts and integrate with various systems and applications.

- Configure and deploy PEGA RPA bots to automate identified business processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct thorough testing of developed RPA bots, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure accuracy and stability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during the development, testing, and deployment phases of RPA projects.

- Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, ensuring their smooth operation and addressing any exceptions or failures in a timely manner.

- Optimize RPA bots for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure the RPA environment is stable and performing optimally.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for RPA solutions, including bot runbooks, deployment guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Adhere to established RPA development methodologies, standards, and governance policies.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and features in PEGA RPA and related technologies.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior RPA developers and other team members as needed.

- Explore and evaluate new automation tools and technologies to enhance our automation capabilities.

- Integrate PEGA RPA solutions with other enterprise systems and applications as required.

Required Technical Skills :

- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using PEGA Robotics Studio.

- Strong proficiency in PEGA Robotics Studio, including developing automations, working with connectors, and managing robot configurations.

- Excellent programming skills in C# with a solid understanding of .NET framework.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in working with databases for data manipulation and validation.

- Proficiency in JavaScript for web-based automation and integration.

- Hands-on experience with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automating tasks within Microsoft Office applications.

- Proven ability to analyze business processes and identify suitable candidates for automation.

- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation related to RPA solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business and technical teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to work in Hyderabad or Noida and be flexible to visit the Gurugram location occasionally as per project requirements.

- Immediate to 30 Days availability for joining.
