About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to design, develop, and enhance Oracle Applications with a strong focus on P2P, O2C, R2R, and CRM processes. The role demands deep technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including custom development, integrations, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS applications with strong exposure to techno-functional modules across P2P, O2C, R2R, and CRM.

- Design, code, and test AOL objects, Forms, Reports (XML Publisher), Interfaces, Workflows, and OA Framework objects.

- Write complex SQL and PL/SQL programs, stored procedures, triggers, and performance-tuned queries.

- Develop host-based programs and shell scripts for batch processes and automation.

- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems, ensuring secure and seamless data flow.

- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot production issues, provide RCA, and implement fixes/enhancements.

- Ensure adherence to Oracle development standards, best practices, and version controls.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS (R12/12.2.x) across P2P, O2C, R2R, and CRM processes.

- Expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports (XML Publisher), Workflows, and Host Programming.

- Hands-on experience in EBS AOL objects and OA Framework objects.

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization skills.

- Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and interface development within Oracle EBS.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA, and Web Services.

- Experience with cloud migration (EBS to Oracle Cloud/Fusion Apps).

- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.

- Prior experience working in manufacturing, retail, or BFSI domains.
