Position : Oracle Technical Developer Retail

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Oracle Retail Developer with 58 years of hands-on experience across Oracle Retail modules such as RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, and REIM. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting Oracle Retail applications in both on-premise and cloud environments. This is an individual contributor position requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support Oracle Retail applications including RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, and REIM modules.

- Work with both on-premise and Oracle Retail Cloud implementations.

- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle APEX.

- Write and maintain Unix/Shell scripts for batch processing and automation tasks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and data-related issues.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams.

- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities.

- Ensure compliance with development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Retail Suite development (RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, REIM).

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

- Oracle SQL and PL/SQL

- Oracle Forms and Reports

- Oracle APEX development

- Unix/Shell scripting for automation and batch processing

- Experience working with both on-premise and Oracle Retail Cloud environments.

- Proven ability to debug and tune performance issues effectively.

- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within teams.
