Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Redwood UI/Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, driving improvements in recruitment workflows, candidate experience, and HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Recruiting Cloud Configuration :
- Configure Job Requisition Templates, Geography Hierarchies, Candidate Selection Process (CSP) and CSP reasons, Job Application Flows, and Career Site features.
- Configure Recruiting Content Library including Job Offer Templates, Disqualification Questionnaires, Job-specific Questionnaires, and Interview Questionnaires.
- Design and implement Requisition and Offer Approval Rules.
Candidate Experience & Career Site :
- Configure Career Sites and ensure smooth integration with third-party applications.
- Lead Redwood UX transformation initiatives with hands-on experience in VB Studio.
- Implement Contextualized Journeys, Guided Journeys, and display properties for UI improvements.
Onboarding & Pre-Hire Processes :
- Configure Onboarding Checklists for Pre-Hire and New Hire workflows.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Redwood UX components and recruitment workflows.
Support & Governance :
- Provide end-user training, create documentation, and offer post-implementation support.
- Participate in quarterly upgrade cycles, change control meetings, and release management activities.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 812 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, with hands-on exposure to Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Proven experience with Redwood UX and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows, approval rules, and content library configurations.
- Experience with career site configuration and integration with external applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and provide performance optimizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.
- Experience in upgrade cycles, change management, and post-go-live support.
